Challenge India-Sports for Development programme

We have designed internationally recommended sports for training model for the empowerment of youth in our country in various ways. We believe academics is not only way to shine in the world whereas our training model will improve 360 degree aspect of personal and professional growth of the participant
We use well researched, designed unusual sports structured by various sports, academics, psychological trainers as a tool to improve the various aspects of kids including inter personal skills, gender equality, communication, career building etc.
Audacious Academy for Sports and Social Development (AASSD) is an exclusive wing of ADF uses sports as a tool to empower our young rural India. AASSD has vast experience for several years in sports for development field and improved life of many youth in education, employment and career development.

AASSD showcased its presence in Beyond Sport summit and Awards, Chicago, USA, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia Pacific, Bangkok, RBM & Peter cruddas social innovation initiative, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Association, The Great British Sports festival, British Deputy High Commission etc.
Audacious Dreams Foundation has its own Vocational training school in Vellore district for women empowerment projects. Institute of Youth Affairs and Social Development (IYASD) is an exclusive wing running diploma and study abroad programme on youth service and experiential learning

Background:
Lack of education in our rural areas is very high compare to urban living, our kids forced to drop out from school to pursue our elders occupation where most of the parents are daily wages working in farms, shoe factories etc.
Education for our girls beyond 10th grade is wonder where they been forced for early marriage . Non affordability for higher education also one of the hurdle to pursue higher education

Our Challenge India Sports for Development Programme aims to implement the self designed group games according to our environment. We use sports for career guidance, personality development, interpersonal skills. Gender equality etc
